Hello there,
Last Saturday I was up bright and early to model for Yumnah Najah Designs. Yumnah is a young, talented designer who does gorgeous hand painted jewelry. She truly has breath taking pieces, and you can tell off the bat the time and hard work that goes into them which is something I have high respect for. Photographer Sterling Batson was a pleasure to work with, he has a divine eye. Yannique Joseph was the stylist on board and makeup was done by House of Diva D Makeup Artistry. Together it was a great team of people.
It was interesting for me... It was a very natural look. I felt like I had no makeup on at all which isn't a bad thing but I felt sort of .... bare. It was beautiful. Very neutral.
Yumnah has decided to keep the photos under wraps for now because she doesn't want to reveal the new collection yet. However, I was provided with these 2 photos to share as a sneak peek. They don't show the jewelry but they can give you a vibe of the shoot. Isn't this vintage dress gorgeous?! Gosh!
Hope you like them. I had tons of fun and I LOVE surrounding myself with creative people and aspiring entrepreneurs. I wouldn't chose to live my life any other way.
