I think all girls like Chanel right?

Well, at least the thought of Chanel because the French fashion house has always branded itself as such a classic, feminine brand.


To celebrate the arrival of this new fragrance, Chanel's new ‘Chance Eau Vive’ film takes you bowling! I know at first you may be like "WTF? Bowling and Chanel... ehhhhh." However, I FREAKEN LOVE IT. No crappy looking bowling uniforms here! The gorgeous models, Cindy Bruna, Romy Schonberger, Rianne van Rompaey and Sigrid Agren are all wearing beautiful pastel outfits (adore the skirts especially). The ladies also look ever so graceful bowling in the alley, where the bowling ball and pins all happen to be the Chanel 'Chance' perfume bottles of course. The campaign print and video is by Jean-Paul Goude.


The ambiance in the video is super cool too. All pastel colored bottles and outfits and they make it seem like you're bowling in outer space with a black background of what appears to stars... I think I even spotted a shooting star during the video.

I can't speak for the perfume yet because I haven't sampled it... but the promo for 'Chance' is absolutely beautiful and inspiring.

Kudos to Chanel! Barely ever disappoints.

You Like Hair? SO DO I. 

Therefore I like doing fun things to my hair all the time like using Scünci Hair Chalk.

Sometimes when I don't do something new to my hair, I get overly bored which can get dangerous leading to hair-dye jobs and dry hair etc. These days I like to look for non-permanent solutions which is why I turned to hair chalk.

I wanted to take a break from the usual fashion and beauty posting to share these 3 awesome videos with you.

1) Cloudy

Seriously, you will want to be watching this over and over again. It truly is relaxing and dreamy. It kind of puts me in a trance. I'd like to thank my friend Debie for sharing this with me, also I'd like to remind her that the idea of "everything in life having a purpose" reminds me of a Korean claymation I introduced to her about a year + ago which is #2

2) Doggy Poo

I know what you're thinking ewwwww right?.... WRONG. Doggy Poo is the sweetest little claymation ever that wants to show you that everything in life has a purpose... I find these sort of messages to be really soothing in this stressful world we live in.

Lastly for those of you who may think Summer is flying by us, I always enjoy Bill Plymptons dark humor.

3) Summer Bummer

If you've followed my blog for some time you should know I'm a big fan of Bill Plympton. Remember when I met him at Comic Con and got to take a photo with him? He's a nice, sweet and inspirational man. I talked about how I admired his work and we talked a bit about animation as a career.

He did a new piece on the Simpsons "Bill Plympton Couch Gag from "Beware My Cheating Bart" and it's pretty awesome. I love his animation style and I'm a long fan of The Simpsons so I couldn't be happier.
