Fall Footwear...


I've always loved Chuck Taylor Converse Sneakers for the Summer. I think my passion for Converse started with my Father loving them. When he first arrived to the United States from the Dominican Republic he purchased a pair and fell in love with how comfortable and breathable they were. He started a collection of sneakers. His favorites were the Navy Blue sneakers that looked like denim, the ones with the American Flag, and the Olive Green sneakers. 

I never really thought much about Converse shoes past the Summer, but lately I've been appreciating their boots. I'm thinking of adding a pair to my Fall/Winter wardrobe.

I have always loved Dr. Martens boots. They're like a go-to item in my closet. Every girl should own a pair of their bulky black boots with the yellow lining... they literally go with everything I swear! Imagine my excitement when I learned about Dr. Martens X Adventure Time! It's like a wish come true I didn't even know I was hoping for yet. 


It's no secret that Adventure Time is one of the coolest main stream cartoons that Cartoon Network has graced us with in the last few years. All the characters are so lovable and special in their own way... you sympathize with them as strange and funny as that sounds.

This post is for all my east coasters, Winter sucks! But fact of the matter is as much as you'd like to lock yourself at home with a nice hot chocolate and go on a massive Netflix binge, you can't! (womp, womp) Life goes on.

The way I look at it if you have to deal with the snow and horrific weather, you might as well look killer doing it in some fabulous snow boots. I like to add color in times of glumness to give myself a pick-me-up. You can also play around with metallics, mixed patterns, and texture.

Here are some cool snow boots I wanted to share with you all that I would definitely rock. From Hunter, to Sperry Top-Sider, Michael Kors, Uggs, and more. Some look a little bit crazy... Just how I like them.

The other day I was running around getting some errands done and decided to ask my bro to snap some shots of me on the way... #bloglife


I LOVE these metallic boots. It's very important for me to have comfortable shoes, boots, and pumps I can wear all the time. Funny thing, I had these boots for about to years and only wore them once... I found them a few weeks ago in my closet and now I can't seem to take them off. They're extremely convenient to walk in the snow also which helps a ton here in NYC.
