Last week my beloved big bloggie sister Amy creator of Socialista New York hosted an with with Bond Influence & Magnolia Pictures to celebrate the release of MARLEY, a documentary based on Bob Marley’s life. I've always been a huge Bob Marley fan and was eager to attend. He was such an inspirational man who had a very particular and peaceful way of leading his life. All smiles and always seemed content. He was also effortlessly stylish and always added a nice cultural touch to his ensembles.

We got a sneak peek at about 20 minutes of the Documentary and I was really starting to get into it! Between us, Amy saw the whole documentary and told me that by the end of it she was in tears! She said it was amazing and touching. 

Cedella Marley, Bob Marley's daughter had a live chat with us via Skype where she spoke about her relationship with her father a bit and her new clothing line! Her new line recreates outfits from Bob Marley and his backup singers called the I3. Cedella has also launched a swimwear collection that is available for purchase on zionrootswear.com. So cute and inspiring. I think she did a good job capturing her fathers spirit.
