I am a Big John Lennon fan and while shopping today I found a pair of his signature sunglasses. Honestly I never really pictured myself wearing them like a year ago, but somehow I grew fond of them. I plan to wear them out with a cute outfit this weekend =).

Celebrities such as Mary Kate Olsen and Lady GaGa have been seen sporting these lately, and they are available Chanel, Balenciaga, Persol and a few more.

I'm not going to change the way I look or the way I feel to conform to anything. I've always been a freak. So I've been a freak all my life and I have to live with that, you know. I'm one of those people.

I would like to start by saying hello to everyone. Florida was fun for a while but I'm glad to be back home.

Unfortunately as we all know Michael Jackson has passed away. I think he was an amazing human being with unlimited talent. I don't believe a lot of horrible rumors and things he was accused of but that's not what I'm here to talk about.

Michael Jackson was not afraid to try things fashion wise, he was a trendsetter and a fashionista who influenced many people. I can't even imagine how many people owned a sequins gloves or wore white socks with black shoes. Even his own personal style from day to day was interesting. I'm sure many have seen the influence he had on Balmain as well as various artist from Usher, Rhianna, Beyonce, Chris Brown, P Diddy and many more.

Here are some pictures I gathered up with some styles I thought were interesting. He left this world to quick and had what I think was never ending talent. God Bless his family and children. R.I.P to a legend.

Hey Everyone,

I'm going to be away for a week so I won't be able to post =( I'm actually packing as we speak. I should come back with exciting things to share. Before I go I just wanted to share this outfit post really quick.

I like this look because the blazer looks very prep and I mixed it with a pearl necklace and earrings which gives it a very classic look. To add a little edge to it I wore a pleather skirt and a regular pair of stockings which I added rips to myself, very easy to do with leather boots.

Its an easy outfit to put together and a cool look. Nice to mix things up sometimes.

I went out with my friend Thursday night who arrived from the Navy. We were going to Manhattan and then to Brooklyn.

In Manhattan we went to BBQ (21 university place, 8th street) and they had a GREAT Happy Hour! Huge Margaritas and Daiquiri's for $5.00, and the drinks were strong and tasty. I recommend it. Downstairs where the Bar is, it has a very artsy vibe to it and dim neon lights. Cool atmosphere.

After Manhattan I proceeded to jumping on the L train and going to my favorite Thai restaurant Sea in Brooklyn, Williamsburg. It is an awesome place to go eat with a lot of variety on the menu. It's very nice inside and loungy with club-like music but you can still speak. I would recommend the Tup Tim Fritters to start off.

When we finished up at Sea we went bar hopping because Williamsburg has a strip of very chill bars and I eventually went home after. There are pretty cool event going on in Brooklyn during the summer. They have walls with flyer's of all sorts of different things like this one I took a picture of.

Its pretty funky which I like =). I found out they are going to be having Summer Movies for free at Mccarren park every Wednesday in July and August. It would make a pretty cool date you can check out the schedules here. Besides that it has a lot of shows posted etc.

Payless has Definitely stepped there game up throughout the years, especially after working with designers like Lela Rose or one of my favorites Alice and Olivia. I must admit I once didnt like payless because I was what you might call a "brand whore" but my oo my how time changes us.

I really like what Alice and Olivia has brought to Payless, A little more color and craziness than there usual selection. I went with my mom the other day and ended up getting there black gladiator platforms with a crazy heel. I've been meaning to get a shoe like this for a while, not quite sure what I was waiting for. They are surprisingly comfortable except when walking on bumpy or slanted sidewalks. I'm disappointed to say that the first day I wore them out a small rock dented the platform on the bottom, I was shocked that would happen so fast(thankfully this didnt effect the walking). But nonetheless I love this shoe, its sexy!

I also purchased these cute little brown and rusty gold sandals. I really like the straps I think they look different and I've already gotten asked where I purchased them 3 times! That's always a good sign.

Altogether I spent about $50.00, not bad at all.

Hello everyone!

Once Upon a time I use to have nice thick eyebrows, After years of threading them they got thinned out a lot. I could always let them grow back but it takes time and I hate the way it looks.

One of my girlfriends had the M.A.C brow set in her bag while I was putting my make up on and I loved it! Its really good! I have tried pencils before but I never really liked how it looked on me. The brow set basically looks like mascara and you just have to brush it through your brows, its really easy.

M.A.C offers 3 different shades or a clear just to add glow. The reason I like it a lot is because I dye my hair all different kinds of brown and blonde shades frequently(honestly i don't know how my hair is still alive) but when you dye your eyebrows it usually grows out really fast. I purchased the color "show off" and it looks like I dyed them.

Before I went to M.A.C, I wrote that I was on my way there on my twitter and @BoutiqueCulture (which you should follow if you aren't already) mentioned I should check out Anastasia products which I have heard of but wasn't too familiar with. I went to the website which you can see here, and thought it was impressive. So many options and Anastasia Soare is known for beauty around the eye area especially so you should check that out also.

Here is a picture I took with the M.A.C Brow Set. I only have it on one eyebrow so you can see the difference. It adds a nice but not too exaggerated glow. I hope this was helpful enjoy!

This past Sunday was Japan day in central park. Myself and two of my friends decided to pull a little Cosplay ( short for costume role play).

My friend and I went as Decora girls and my other friend went as a Gothic Lolita. I really like the Harajuku life style and I am a big fan of Japan. To read more about Harajuku you can click here. Harajuku style is amazing to me. Japanese street fashion is so creative and they are not afraid at all to try new things. They always seem confident and go all out on their look.

I live in Queens and on my way to Manhattan while riding the train I felt like I was getting more looks then I could bare. People judge what they are not familiar with, yet I get fascinated by it and intrigued.

The Decora Girl style is known for layering a lot, having bright colors, having pins and plushed animals, and being very playful in general. I had a lot of fun in the festival. I took pictures with a big Hello Kitty, Enjoyed complimentary green tea they were giving away (green tea is very healthy and very good for your skin!) and had a good time listening to music and doing traditional Japanese dances.

For my outfit I actually had pieces from various places. Some things where vintage. I wore Converse Sneakers and an amazing hot pink skirt which had awesome volume to it. The skirt could actually be worn as a dress also, it's from the gla.MAR.ous line (The Dress/Skirt will be available on the web store next week). I wore a black basic T-shirt and did a little D.I.Y project on it by ripping it in various places and making it off the shoulder. White and pink leg warmers covered my legs along with a hot pink and black leg warmer on one side (some were most likely purchased in Forever 21). There was a face mask around my neck which I drew colorful polka dots on.

After the festival I enjoyed sushi and plum wine. It was a fun experience and I would definitely do it again.

I find myself talking a lot lately about good how fashion has been contributing to good causes. I had mentioned Go Green a lot and lately I've been mentioning the Fight Against Aids.

I randomly decided to go to Queens Center Mall with a girlfriend last week. I walked into H&M with no intention of really buying anything but, right when I walked in I saw there display for the Fight Against Aids and took a look.

Designers Against Aids a non profit organization, teamed up with H&M for this campaign with artists who are designing the T-shirts and giving for this valuable cause. This group of artist includes: Katy Perry, Rhianna, My Chemical Romance, Good Charlotte, Dita Von Teese and many more.

Here are some pics I was able to snap a Queens Center Mall, and I actually walked out with a Dita Von Teese T-Shirt.
